Ovie Omo-Agege

The Delta State Central United Movement Forum (UMF) Ughelli South chapter has called on the Urhobo people to return Senator Ovie Omo-Agege come 2019, saying that, the senator has done creditably  well and will do even more given the mandate for a second tenure.

The UMF said since elected as · a senator representing the Urhobo in the National Assembly, Senator Omo-Ageg has made much efforts to improve Delta State Central and He is working round the clock to bring the much desired unity among the Urhobo people.

Addressing a press conference recently at Otu-Jeremi on current issues in the Delta Central, the forum noted that the latest evidence of the senator’s effort is the empowerment of market and APC women and he is expected to do more before 2019 so the Urhobo should support him by giving him the mandate to return to the senator come 2019.

The lerders of the forum who spoke were Comrade Isaac Gada, President; Apostle Peter Egodmiren, Leader; Comrade Matthew Utuedor, Secretary.

The forum thanked and praised Senator Omo-Agege saying that the forum is aware of what the senator is doing as a representative of the Urhobo people in the national assembly and urged him to extend the empowerment to the youths and men particularly the elderly across the senatorial district.

The forum also praised Elder statesman Pa. Olorogun Frank Kokori saying that the forum members acknowledged all his effort at bringing Urhobo together.

The forum urged both them to disregard side comments and remarks and continue with the good works, just as past Urhobo lerders such as Mukoro Mowoe and others did in their time.

The forum added that this is their time so they should continue to do good for the Urhobo people.
